The Company was originally incorporated as 7NR Retail Private Limited on December 21, 2012, under the Companies Act, 1956. It is engaged in the wholesale and retail trading of fabrics and apparel. Following its conversion into a public limited company, its name was changed to 7NR Retail Limited on March 22, 2017. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on the same date.
The Company focuses on providing distinctive, high-quality and trusted products at appropriate prices. It is an entrepreneur-driven and professionally managed organisation committed to meeting consumers’ fashion and lifestyle requirements through quality products and services.
The Company is primarily engaged in the branding and sale of ready-made garments, suiting and shirting materials, fabrics and other textile products.
Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director
Mr. Dilipbhai Vitthaldas Patel has completed his higher secondary education and has 8–10 years of experience in the textile industry and garment trading. He brings strong practical expertise and a customer-focused approach.
Managing Executive Director
Mr. Chetan Kumar Ojha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA. He also completed a postgraduate diploma in business administration in April 2008. He has more than 14 years of experience in business development.
Non-Executive Independent Director
Ms. Hiral Vinodbhai Patel (DIN: 09719512), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2017. She holds an MBA in Finance Management from Pune University, an LL.B. and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
She serves as Company Secretary of Shah Metacorp Limited (CIN: L46209GJ1999PLC036656) and has more than six years of experience in legal and secretarial compliance. She also serves as a director in several listed and unlisted companies. Her expertise is expected to support the Company’s governance and growth.
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Pranav Vajani has served as an Independent Director of the Company since January 22, 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saurashtra University and has completed the Executive Programme of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has experience in law and marketing.
Non-Executive Independent Director
Ms. Krishna Hareshbhai Bhatt is a qualified Company Secretary with more than five years of experience in corporate law, secretarial compliance, governance and finance. She has advised corporate entities on the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, listing compliance and related legal matters. Her knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance is expected to add significant value to the Board and the Company.
